I placed an order with Charly on the Friday – I had 2 items and one was personalised. I was sent update photos throughout and my order was complete the same day, and sent out the next day (Saturday) and it arrived at my house 2 days later on the Monday. I recently placed an order with Charly and it arrived today, a lot sooner than I’d expected. It was such a lovely treat to come home too as everything was such good quality and better than I’d expected it to be! I bought two cold cups as a present for family and they absolutely adore the designs and the fact that their names are on the cups.
